If the customer made a mistake in selecting the size or decides to return the product for any reason other than our fault, the return will be accepted, but the return shipping fee will be deducted from the order total. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, and we will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.


3. Cancel a paid order:

If you request to cancel a paid order before it is shipped, a bank fee of 2.2% will be deducted from the total amount paid if you paid by Visa, and 6% if you paid through Tamara, to cover transaction and return costs. The remaining balance will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
